Presentation Topic: Getting More Out of Training
Presentation – 11:00am to 12:00pm

Each year, we invest time, money and resources into training (seminars, presentations, workshops) to improve skills, efficiencies, or our lives. Supervisors become frustrated when the new skills don’t become part of the direct report’s daily routines. How can we get more impact from training investments? We will discuss possible reasons why training isn’t making an impact on our skills or work. We will also discuss what supervisors and/or individuals can do before and after training events to increase the rate on training investments.
This has been certified for 1 PDC through SHRM and 1 HRCI credit.
