    Diversity Statement

    One of our organization’s goals is to learn how to deal with issues in regards to diversity. Opening our doors and minds to education and experience in this area will allow more applicants to be hired and more employers to reap the rewards of hiring a diverse workforce.

     "Ability for Hire" is designed to promote the skills and   abilities of  South Dakotans with disabilities, provide technical assistance and  resources for employers, and dispel myths and perceptions of employing people with disabilities.
