Talent Optimization
Presented by: Gayle Ver Hey, Predictive Index
Gayle Ver Hey is from Sioux Falls. She is a business consultant who supports and coaches companies in optimizing talent. Gayle was a client of Predictive Index for over 20 years as a both an operations manager and later when she transitioned into HR Leadership. Five years ago she joined the PI team to become an advisor to companies to help them hire the best fit for the position, understand the motivations of their people to increase employee engagement and reduce turnover. In addition to training and coaching using Predictive Index, Gayle is a facilitator of ‘Traction’, which is a process that is used for Strategic Planning and increasing alignment of management teams.
This topic will explore the importance of Talent Optimization as a discipline that provides business leaders with framework and tools to design culture, roles, and teams that maximize business results.
